Vibha Kagzi holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from Carnegie Mellon University. She has also pursued courses at the University of California (Berkeley), London School of Economics, Indian School of Business and Xavier’s Institute of Communications. She is also a certified Leadership coach from Coach for Life, USA. At Harvard, she co-wrote a case for the Negotiations Department, which has been incorporated in the teaching curriculum at the school. 

Her professional experience spans finance, fashion, media, and public relations. She has worked in New York for BlackRock Securities, an asset management firm, spent time with her family business in the fashion accessories industry and helped establish a California-based hedge fund in India.

She is a 2 times Ted X speaker with a published talk on Is Ivy League the passport to success? in 2022, and Break the Career Code: Make the Future work for you in 2024.

Vibha is a published author of the book “Break the MBA Code” published by Jaico Publication House and the book “Break the Career Code” published by Zebra Learn Publishing.

She has been featured extensively across different forms of media, with with TV appearances on NDTV and ET Now, articles and quotes in the Forbes, Economic Times, Indian Express, DNA, Your Story, Business Standard, She the People, and many more publications. Vibha’s insights on career guidance, study abroad and education have also been aired on popular radio channels such as Radio One and Radio City. She has created a niche on Quora as well, where she is recognized as an expert in the study abroad space with over 5 million views (and counting!) to her answers.

Vibha is on the Executive Board of the Harvard Club of Mumbai and has served as President for 4 years, she is also on the Carnegie Mellon Admissions Council and was serving as the Chairperson of the Education Committee at the Indian Merchants' Chambers in 2021-2022.

She was the host of a weekly career guidance show called House of Experts. Through this show, she brought experts from different industries to give insight about their profession which allowed the audience to know more about the niche as well as mainstream careers. She also hosts a podcast series featured of Spotify & Amazon “Break the Career Code” based on the interview with top industry experts sharing insights on how their industry in changing and the future of work in the same.

Beyond academics, Vibha is an avid trekker, having visited 70+ countries, which helps her guide students in their global choices. She is also a certified diver, certified yoga trainer, fitness enthusiast, & trained classical singer. She recently won a silver medal in the Mumbai district-level table tennis championship (2024). 

Vibha has been invited to speak at and been felicitated at several prestigious forums in the past, including Government of Maharashtra’s National Startup Day 2025, Kala Ghoda Festival 2025, Ladies who Lead, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, Teach for India, Citibank, YPO, NHRD, Indian Merchant Chambers, IEEE WIE Leadership Summit, top colleges, schools and corporations across India and globally.

Vibha is on a mission to provide holistic guidance to young individuals who aspire to reach leading universities and determine their career paths.
