Masters in Urban Planning

This course trains and equips students to face challenges concerning cities and other urban regions in terms of layout and planning. Students study a diverse range of aspects including social, economic, geographic and others to understand and shape the city environment. The course relies on four pillars- how planning can manage change in complex environments, dealing with different complex scales and systems, ethically solving problems over time and focus on implementation-driven methodology. The skills acquired in this course will allow students to take up leadership positions.

Eligibility:

An undergraduate degree in fields related to urban planning like data science or architecture is required to pursue a masters. In a case where the undergraduate was in a different area, colleges recommend work experience to be admitted to this program.
